Who comes to mind when you think of a boss woman that is crushing it, if you’re a woman and you did not come to mind (you got a problem sis). I am all for other women exceeding whether it be the social, business ladder or breaking any glass ceiling barrier, however we have to be our own cheerleader.
To boss up is how you are handling your finances, your goals, your brand, your business, your health and whatever requires growth.
The POLC effect will come in handy as a business major you know this is the most important abbreviation in business is PLAN, ORGANIZED, LEAD AND CONTROL. This will be a process of solitude and a whole lot of hard work is required.
