It is important to interact with others and spend quality time, however if that interaction within is tainted then you cannot give your best self. You have to have a powerful control over your mind. Focus on the few things you can control, and try to let go of any fear of the things you can’t. You can control what you are angry about, how much attention you pay to your past and your obsession with money. You can control how much energy you give to these issues and the way you talk to yourself.

These 3 things should never control you.

1. Anger is an intense emotion you feel when something has gone wrong or someone has wronged you. It is typically characterized by feelings. Anger may be caused by internal and external issues such as an argument with whomever, a traffic jam, losing a job, break ups, deceased love ones, things that are out of your control or just bad memories that was not dealt with. Even thinking about personal problems can cause anger outbursts. Self control is the way to go and if you cannot control yourself, who can you control?

As the Indian spiritual guru Sadhguru states “Do not let anger poison your body, it’s your thoughts, your emotions and your body”. I am not telling you to walk around with suppressed built up emotions, which will put negative strains on the body. There are solutions for anger and that expressing your feelings to whomever causing that anger, talk it out and most of all, if you see that you get irritably easily and extremely mad at small things. Talk this out with a professional, seek counselling for coping mechanisms and therapy for anger management.

2. Money a commodity accepted by general consent as a medium of economic exchange. It is the medium in which prices and values are expressed. When are living in a society where your values and importance are based on your net worth. Money can give us a lot of choices in life, and it can provide a comfortable lifestyle. But if you focus so much on money, it can control your life and consume your every thought. I am all for abundance and wealth but simplest things in life are free. As long as you remain true to yourself in terms of your goals, purpose and intention, money will come to you freely and effortlessly from all your hard work.
